buying. He has also worked heavily in the insurance and financial planning arena, so he has the quick aptitude for number

Carol Bryant, Managing Broker
The combination of fourteen years of experience in the real estate world and a MBA from the Citadel has given Carol the

Michael Kenealy, Affiliate Broker
Michael has been with Eden Crest since 2004, working his way up through our Vacation Rentals division where he has worked in
several capacities from maintenance to reservations. He is uniquely positioned to understand overnight rental investments from
the viewpoint of what renters actually want, as well as anticipate the needs of property owners. He is equally prepared to
work with residential clients in the traditional market. Michael's background in sales and property management, as well as his

Norman Stewart, Affiliate Broker
Norman worked in the financial services industry for more than 35 years, including 15 years as President/CEO of an East
Tennessee credit union, before bringing these skills to the real estate field. His extensive financial background makes him an

Mary Hall, Office Administrator
Mary has been our office administrator since 2005 and has been in the real estate field since 2002. We have come to depend on
her attention to detail in preparing and completing contract paperwork, as well as the sundry details that smooth the path for
our clients. Prior to 2002 she worked in lodging management, giving her a background to coordinate closely with our Vacation
Rentals division.
