David Bryant, Broker, Director of Sales
With sixteen-plus years of experience in the real estate world, David has the experience to work with the investor in several
ways. He has extensive knowledge of good building practices. He has worked with multiple investors, walking them through the
process of the development of raw land complete with city/county planning commission approval, roads, septic systems,
engineering, site plans, house plans and any other requirement to make the development a complete success. David is a fully
licensed real estate broker who specializes in the investment market, making sure clients make an informed decision before
buying. He has also worked heavily in the insurance and financial planning arena, so he has the quick aptitude for number
crunching required for the savvy investor. David brings a true servant's heart in every situation, always putting the needs of
the client first. David is always working with new developments and is able to offer ground floor opportunities to his many
investors providing them with great returns on their investment from both rental income and property appreciation.
Carol Bryant, Managing Broker
The combination of sixteen years of experience in the real estate world and a MBA from the Citadel has given Carol the
experience to help you with your investment objectives. She specializes in the investment market and, as a result, is well
acquainted with the hurdles this market presents. Carol is the Broker for both the Eden Crest Properties, L.L.C. and the Eden
Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. She is committed to a standard of excellence and brings that level of integrity to her work in

Johan Lourens, Affiliate Broker
Hails from South Africa where he was a highly dedicated and a successful law enforcement professional and State Prosecutor with a focus on stopping corruption. In 2000 he moved into the private sector to start his own thriving company that has provided over 12,000 individuals the opportunity to earn a living as sub-contractors. His savvy business mind has always been interested in the real estate market and after thoughtful consideration he decided to dedicate his efforts to the Eden Crest portfolio, and of course, each of his clients. Johan has a humble desire to help others and an innate ability to assimilate information. Dick Richards, Affiliate Broker
Rev. Richard P. "Dick" Richards is a graduate of Hiram College and Duke University, and remains an avid Duke Basketball fan. He retired from the ordained ministry in 2008 after 40 year career in higher education Ministry, geriatric ministry, local church ministry, and as a corporate vice president of a leading long term care company. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity helping build over 14 homes for poor families, established a GED program enabling over 100 company employees to obtain their high school diplomas, and he lead three trips to the American Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina and Rita left behind extensive damage. He served as an adjunct professor of Business Ethics at Eureka College, in Eureka, Illinois.
In retirement Dick chooses to continue his passion for humanitarian work and helping people find just the right property to help them fulfill their part of the American dream. He joined the team at Eden Crest Properties, LLC in 2010.
Mary Hall, Office Administrator
Mary has been our office administrator since 2005 and has been in the real estate field since 2002. We have come to depend on
her attention to detail in preparing and completing contract paperwork, as well as the sundry details that smooth the path for
our clients. Prior to 2002 she worked in lodging management, giving her a background to coordinate closely with our Vacation
Rentals division.
