Eden Crest utilizes a combination of print, broadcast and internet media marketing to reach potential customers from several target markets and geographical locations.

By keeping an eye on visitor trending, area demographics, and industry expectations and statistics, we can better spread our marketing mix in an effort to reach a target market that has a higher probability of traveling to the Smoky Mountains area.

In addition to using statistics and geographical targeting in our advertising strategy to reach the various segments of the travel market, such as couples and families, we also use this approach in attracting group travelers. We provide excellent services for reunions, church groups and corporate retreats, and in order to get our message to these potential consumers, we advertise to effectively target each of these segments of the group travel market. Our ability to provide additional custom services to meet the needs of various groups is also a selling point that is well-utilized in our group advertising efforts.

Because we aim to reach as many potential target markets as appropriately possible, we use a full marketing mix to include all forms of media. Our print ads are placed in both magazines and news print and we use various forms of internet advertising on many websites as well as online video postings.
